Hey! I’m Ashley Vail, owner and buyer at Xo, Ashley Lauren. I am soooo not your typical boutique owner! I try to relate to the every day casual, working mom because in reality, that's who I am! You will often find me at a practice, cheer competition, dinner with my friends, or a church pew near you!
Xo, Ashley Lauren has definitely been a family affair since day one! I started out in the back of my dads tanning salon from ground zero and now here we are after many trial and errors! We strive to find amazing team members that fit our vibe! We have been so very blessed with absolute rock stars! But, prior to building this amazing team, it was just me! I was making bows and tees by hand in the back of the tanning salon so I could be at home with my baby and now my family has doubled and that "baby" is no longer a baby but now a THIRD GRADER and a big sister to 2 littler sisters. Eventually we grew into more than just bows and custom tees and the rest has been a whirlwind of chaos, laughter, unknowns, excitement, more than a few tears, and a million prayers!!

I need looks that will take me from the office, to a ball game, to cheer practice, to a get-together with friends, and to church on Sunday!
